HumanWrite is an AI-powered text humanization service that transforms AI-generated content into natural, human-like text. The Service is designed to help students, content creators, and professionals improve their writing while maintaining originality.

Important: Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with their institution's or organization's academic integrity policies and guidelines.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

HumanWrite offers subscription-based pricing with the following terms:

  • Free Plan: 1,000 words per month at no cost
  • Paid Plans: Basic, Pro, and Ultra plans with varying word limits and features
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • Word Reset: Word counters reset at the beginning of each billing cycle

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles
  • Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan after the period ends
  • Refunds are provided according to our Refund Policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate or humanize harmful, illegal, or malicious content
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or subscription restrictions
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service's algorithms
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service for automated or bulk processing without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HumanWrite and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
  • Humanized text will pass all AI detection tools in all circumstances
  • Results will be perfect or meet your expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

HumanWrite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to academic consequences, lost data, or lost profits.
